Refund and Revision Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction with our services. If the delivered store does not meet your expectations, you may request revisions or a refund.

To initiate a request for revisions or a refund for store building services, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your store. You can send the request via email (support@dropbuild.com), live chat, or our contact form.

Once you accept the store, full ownership will be transferred to you, and the eligibility for revisions or refunds for store building services will no longer be valid.

Eligibility for revisions or refunds for store building services is not valid if any of the following conditions are met:

  • Your request was sent more than 24 hours after we sent the store for inspection;
  • Your request was submitted after you have already requested and received revisions for your store;
  • You have been granted staff member/admin access to the store;
  • You have received marketing materials, graphics, or social media content.

Refunds for Other Services (Ads Management, Store Management, CRO)

Ads Management, Store Management, and CRO services are refundable only within 24 hours of ordering. After this 24-hour period, these services become non-refundable as work commences.

Payment Processing Fee

Please note that in the event of any refund, a payment processing fee of **$29** will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee is charged by our payment processors when we receive your payment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to support@dropbuild.com, use our live chat, or fill out our contact form.
  • Provide Details: Clearly state your order number, the service for which you are requesting a refund, and the reason for your request.
  • Review: Our team will review your request based on the eligibility criteria outlined above.
  • Processing: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original method of payment, less the $29 payment processing fee.

Other scenarios in which you are eligible to request a refund include: If Dropbuild is unable to accept or complete your order, you will be eligible for a refund.

Our goal is to deliver your orders as promptly as possible, typically within 7-10 business days. During this period, we will send you a list of niches and products to choose from. Kindly note that the time spent waiting for your reply does not count towards the duration during which we work on your project, as we have no control over it.
