This agreement covers the terms and conditions related to purchasing any services offered by Dropbuild.com, including but not limited to store building, Ads Management, Store Management, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Please ensure you read and understand all conditions before making any purchase.
Cost of Service
Prices for all our services are outlined on the Dropbuild.com website. Please note that hosting is not included in our store building service. You will need to pay for a Shopify subscription for your store to remain active. The Shopify Basic plan costs $32 per month and is required to keep your store active.
Suppliers & Products
Please note that we import products that are available at that moment from various suppliers. After your store is delivered we are not responsible for the stock or inventory of any respective product or supplier.
Support & Guidance
Support & Guidance includes answers and guidance to any questions you may have regarding dropshipping, marketing and running your store. If member does not have an active Shopify subscription after 14 days Standard support becomes void and will not be rendered.
Note: Our support does not include theme, layout or marketing material customization after you have accepted the store. Our themes can be easily customized or changed and our services rendered are done once and are all final.
Payment Gateway
Shopify payment gateway policies prohibit certain substances and items from being sold. dropbuild.com does not take responsibility or provide payment gateway/setup for unapproved products. Store owners are responsible for their own payment gateway approvals.
Client Operational Requirements
While not strictly required by Dropbuild.com, clients should be aware that the effective operation of their store and certain services requires:
- Maintaining an active Shopify subscription (web hosting) for their store;
- Covering all domain name fees;
- For Ads Management services, providing an ad budget and granting necessary access to ad accounts.
Should a client choose not to maintain these operational requirements, Dropbuild.com will not be responsible for any resulting impact on the store's functionality or service performance.
Fulfillment of Service
Once your order has been received, we will confirm your purchase within 24 hours. Our team will then begin working on your store. It’s important to note that we will give you an estimated delivery time. This is only an estimate and does not guarantee on time delivery.
Guarantees
We guarantee to deliver a professionally designed and functional website, and provide guidance on dropshipping, marketing, and store management. While we aim to equip you with the tools and knowledge for success, we cannot guarantee specific income levels, as results depend on various factors including market conditions, your efforts, and business decisions.
