Our 100% satisfaction guarantee ensures that if you are not satisfied with the store we have created for you, you can request revisions or a refund.

To take advantage of this warranty, please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order that you would like to review the store before we hand it over to you. We will then provide you with all the necessary materials for the review process. You can inform us via email (support@dropbuild.com), live chat, or by using our contact form.

Please note that the warranty is not valid if any of the following conditions are not met:
- You did not inform us within the first 24 hours of placing an order that you would like to review the store.
- Your warranty request was sent after 24 hours of the store being sent for inspection.
- Your warranty request was sent after you requested revisions of your store.
- You have been given administrator access to the store.
- You have received marketing material, graphics, or social media content.

Other cases wherein you are eligible to request a refund

- In addition, you will be provided with a refund if Dropbuild is unable to accept and complete your order. A payment processing fee of $34.99 will be deducted from the total refund amount in these cases.

We aim to deliver your orders as soon as possible, typically within 7-10 business days. During this time, we will send you a list of niches and products to choose from. Please note that the time spent waiting for your reply does not count towards the time we work on your project as we have no control over it.
